HoodCleanPro was founded in 2012 by Michael Torres, a former fire safety inspector who saw too many restaurant fires caused by neglected exhaust systems. He realized that most cleaning companies cut corners — skipping the fan, ignoring ductwork, and providing no documentation.

We started small, cleaning one hood at a time in Dallas, but always with a strict rule: clean everything to bare metal, document every job, and educate owners about NFPA 96. Today, we serve hundreds of restaurants, hotels, and healthcare kitchens across Texas, and we remain 100% committed to that original mission.
